Peach Punch Spritz | Kitchen Recipes
Ingredients
30ml White Rum
90ml fresh juice (or a mixture) of your choice. Tropical style juices from the supermarket work well. Quick Tip: if you use pineapple juice you will get a nice foam at the top of the cocktail once shaken.
Depending on the juice used you may (more than likely) require sugar (one teaspoon per drink) to balance the cocktail.
1 Bottle of Lewis Road Orchard Premium Apple Cider with Peach Blossom

Notes
The recipe can be easily multiplied if catering for a group.
Method
Pour the White Rum, Juice & Sugar into an iced shaker and shake thoroughly.
Pour into a well-iced glass and top with the Peach Blossom Cider.
Finish with Garnish
